Cancellation and Refund Policy
Guests are granted the flexibility to cancel reservations up to 3 days before their scheduled arrival date without incurring any charges or fees. Notification of cancellation should be conveyed to the property via email, phone, or through social media channels.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in charges equivalent to one night’s room rate plus corresponding taxes. No-shows will also be subject to charges for one night’s room rate plus tax.
For stays during peak seasons or special events, an extended cancellation period may be applicable, and such details will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Guests are encouraged to thoroughly review their reservation confirmation for the comprehensive cancellation policy and pertinent terms and conditions.
A refund will be issued if the cancellation of the reservation is valid and verified, and the process will be completed within 7 to 15 days through bank deposit or bank transfers. If guests settle their payment with a credit card, an additional surcharge will be subtracted from their total amount for refund.
